You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction to open and maintain a DogeBlue account.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not use DogeBlue for money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Accounts found engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately. DogeBlue reserves the right to report violations to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on DogeBlue — including the platform interface, logos, and trading tools — is the exclusive property of DogeBlue and its licensors.

Limitation of Liability

DogeBlue is not liable for losses resulting from market volatility, technical outages, or user error. Crypto trading carries significant financial risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DogeBlue's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

DogeBlue integrates third-party providers for payment processing, identity verification, and analytics. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. DogeBlue will never ask for your password via email or chat.

Your Rights

You may request account closure at any time. Pending trades must settle before withdrawal. Processing takes up to 5 business days.

Changes to These Terms

DogeBlue may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
